In vielen Produktionsbereichen und in der Prozesstechnik werden diese Industrieheizhauben zur Beheizung von zylindrischen Flansch- und Kugelgefäßen bis 200 Liter Volumen eingesetzt.
Aufbau:
Der Chrom-Nickel-Heizleiter ist hochtemperaturbeständig und wird gleichmäßig durch das gehäkelte Glasgarn auf Abstand gehalten. Die Anzahl der Heizzonen ist größenabhängig. Die zwischen dem Heizkörper und dem Außenmantel eingebrachte thermische Isolierung verhindert den Wärmeverlust nach außen. In der unteren Heizzone ist ein NiCr- Ni-Sensor zur Temperaturbegrenzung eingebaut.
Befestigung / Montage:
Mit vier beweglichen Gewindebolzen können die Industrieheizhauben in einem Tragegestell oder entsprechenden Vorrichtungen befestigt werden. Ein gefüllter Glaskolben sollte jedoch gesondert abgefangen werden.
Temperaturregelung:
Steckerfertige Steuer- und Regeleinheiten zur stufenlosen Einstellung der Leistung jeder Heizzone in Kombination mit direkter Temperaturregelung des Mediums sind lieferbar.
These industrial heating mantles are used in many production areas and in the process technology to heat cylindrical flange and spherical vessels up to 200 litres capacity.
Construction:
The crome-nickel heating element is highly temperature resistant and will be constantly kept in a distance by the crocheted glass yarn. The number of the heating zones depends on the different sizes. The thermal insulation between the heating element and the outer mantle prevents the loss of the heat to the outside. A NiCr-Ni-sensor to limit the temperature is installed in the lower heating zone.
Mounting / Installation:
The industrial heating mantles can be fixed with four movable threaded bolts in a carrying frame oder other appropriate devices. A filled glass vessel should be considered separately.
Temperature control:
Connector-ready control and regulation units for stepless adjustment of the power in each heating zone available on request.
