Einsetzbar für den Frostschutz oder zur Temperaturerhaltung von Flüssigkeiten in einem 1000-Liter Intermediate Bilk Container (IBC), Abmessungen 1200 x 1000 x 1160 mm bestehend aus einem Heizmantel mit PUR-beschichteten und abwaschbaren Deckmaterial, einem angebauten elektromechanischen Thermostat in einem Polycarbonatgehäuse mit Klarsichtdeckel (Leuchtmelder für Netz und Betrieb) und einer Isoliermatte für die Oberseite des IBC-Containers. Aufgrund der genauen Handarbeit kann die Abmessung und Form auf die Geometrie des Containers angepasst werden. Das Kletthaftband-System gewährleistet eine einfache Montage und Demontage des Heizmantels. Die Temperaturregelung erfolgt über den fest angebauten Thermostaten, der das Produkt im Container auf den gewünschten Temperaturwert hält – optional kann ein Temperaturbegrenzer im Heizkreis integriert werden, der das Produkt vor einer Überhitzung schützt.Einsatzbereiche:
